What is the typical processing time for orders?

All orders at Hawk Appliances are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I track my order after it has been placed?

Is international shipping available for your products?

Currently, Hawk Appliances only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
